Casual Picker/Packer and Despatch Person, The Wall Sticker Company, Melbourne, Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs, Salary, $20 - $24.99 per hour. The Wall Sticker Company is a small, boutique manufacturer of removable wall stickers and wallpaper located in Seaford.

We are passionate about providing beautiful, removable wall products to new parents, renters and home owners, and businesses. We need help to prepare and pack our orders to get them to our customers on time. We are a very small team of 4 and so it is important we communicate any issues to other members. This is a casual position so we would call you as needed, and this will probably be on a Tuesday or Thursday, during busy times and during school holidays. The hours needed will be between 10am and 6pm.

This casual role includes tasks including: Preparing intricate decals; weeding the negative areas out and placing a layer over the top packing tubes according to orders. Securing, labelling and despatching orders with Australia Post and couriers. Using Excel, EParcel, Wordpress and Google Drive quality assurance and improvement ordering supplies general tidying/cleaning dropping parcels to Australia Post Business Centre

The skills and qualities required are: highly organised and efficient attention to detail, good eye sight and dexterity comfortable working alone show initiative competent using a computer including Excel, EParcel, Wordpress and Google Drive The ideal person will be a nice person who can engage a customer who comes to pick up their order, but also get on with the job. Someone who finds ways we can improve as a business, and is willing to do whatever is needed to look after our customers. A cover letter and a CV would be terrific.
