Customer Service Officer, Sydney, North West & Hills District, Salary, $23.50 per hour plus super. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and driven, customer service professional to work in a busy Customer Service Call Centre as a Customer Service Officer part time.

This role will be 3 days per week. You must be able to work Tuesdays 8-4:30 and Fridays 9:30-6. The other day can be flexible throughout the week.

Based in Castle Hill, we have an opportunity for a service orientated superstar, looking to make their mark in a Support Office environment. You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have great office skills.

This role will suit someone with call centre experience, or experience in a high volume administration role, looking for a fantastic work environment.

The role includes: Responding to all customer enquiries received via phone, email and helpdesk in a timely manner aiming for a one touch customer service experience; Outbound calls to existing clients to process membership renewals and recover missed membership payments; Handle client disputes and complaints per the values of the company and terms and conditions of the membership; Process membership updates as required such as updating banking details, payment schedules and cancellations; Record all communication and actions performed accurately and thoroughly; Perform daily administration tasks and achieve KPIs outlined by the team leader.

Essential: A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic; A love of animals! Strong verbal and written communication skills; An excellent customer-centric focus; Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team; The ability to problem solve; Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience in a contact centre environment, or with practice management software, would be highly regarded.
