Location: George, Eden, Job Type: Part-Time. Customer Service Travel Coordinator needed on a permanent basis for weekend mornings from 7am – 1pm Saturdays and Sundays in George. Looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, confident, enjoys interacting with people and has an excellent command of the English language.

Using your energetic personality, strong customer service skills and own transport, you will be entrusted with and responsible for handling all aspects of customer service in our call centre with minimal supervision including booking ground travel reservations and answering customer enquiries.

The right candidate will: Have above average computer skills. Be excellent at multi-tasking on different on-line websites. Be proficient in sending grammatically correct emails. Have an easy going yet professional phone demeanor. The salary for this position is R60 per hour on Saturdays and R90 per hour on Sundays (approximately R3,600 depending on the number of weekends in a month).
