Warehouse Picker and Packer, Bookleaf Pty Ltd, Brisbane, CBD & Inner Suburbs. We have a fulltime posiiton available for experienced order picker and packer. Current forklift license is essential.

Main responsibilities: Pick orders accurately per picking slip and process despatch and consignment paperwork. Receive goods, receipt transfer and purchase orders, put away and locate stock accurately and ensure processing of return goods. Ensure good handlings, storage and rotation directions are followed at all times. Ensure all inventory is processed correctly and stock levels are accurate. Maintains storage area by organising floor space, adhering to agreed storage design and set inventory locations, recommending improvements in line with Company methodology. Maintain a clean and safe working/warehouse environment. Assist as required to complete regular cycle counts and stock takes across all warehouses as directed. Maintain communication and cooperation with supervisors and co-workers. Operation of basic machinery including wrapping machines.

Minimum Requirements: Basic understanding of logistics and freight operations. Forklift Licence. Professional verbal & written communication. Be capable of lifting up to 20kg. Be safety and quality focused. Able to work autonomously experience within a warehouse environment preferred (but not essential). We are a large family company supplying domestic irrigation products to  major retail customers. You will work in a very busy fast paced  environment with a friendly and helpful team.
