Admin Accounts Casual, Bonnie Doon Golf Club, Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. We are a private Golf Club located in Sydney's eastern suburbs with a high quality course who strive to offer excellent service to all our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the membership database and front office administration. The responsibilities assigned to this role include: Membership administration, Receive and process member payments, Perform general and administrative duties as directed and required. Key responsibilities include: Respond to membership enquiries via email and phone calls. Process new application records. Manage and process supplier invoices.
General reception duties The successful candidate should have: Excellent communication skills. A professional and polite telephone manner. Display a high level of professionalism. Sound organisation skills. Attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft office applications. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Days required: Thursday and Friday, 6-7 hours per day.
