Receptionist, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs, Salary, $25 - $26 p.h. + Superannuation. Receptionist required for face to face interaction with customers at a Westmead Medical Clinic. Work 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The Role: We currently have an exciting Medical Receptionist role available based in Westmead, working for an Neurology Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible to provide outstanding customer service. They have a stable workforce, and low turnover rates in addition to a very down to earth and friendly team environment. This is a rare part-time opportunity that serves to provide high quality customer service. You will be well remunerated and enjoy the honest and genuine work environment that this role has to offer.

Your typical day: Answering phone calls, email and customers face to face. Conducting follow-up calls with customers regarding their appointments. Logging customer appointments. Be willing to work 4 days across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30am-6:30pm and Friday 9:30am- 5:30pm. General administration support. Writing notes neatly in customer profiles and any updates.

Your profile: Experience working in a customer service focused role with good stability. Ability to build rapport, trust and sound relationships quickly over the phone and face to face. Confidence and excellent communication skills written and verbal. Strong computer literacy and CRM database management skills. Positive, self-motivated & result oriented attitude. Desire to succeed & PASSION to assist customers.
