The Company: Working within the financial services industry, people2people are looking for outstanding customer services representatives to provide exceptional service to existing and prospective members based in Blacktown.

The Role Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Manage long term relationships by providing suitable solutions to meet customer needs. Looking for cross-selling opportunities with every interaction. Handle incoming calls around general enquiries. Providing excellent customer service to retain and grow new business. General administration duties.

About You: Experienced customer service professional. Call centre experience within the financial services industry is highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal skills. Reliable and committed to working on a rotating roster.
