The Opportunity: International Drilling Equipment Pty Ltd (IDE) has an immediate opportunity for a part time Admin Assistant to join our small and friendly team in Berkeley Vale. We’re looking for an energetic, well presented professional to provide daily support to the Office Manager and Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include: General administration duties, data entry, documentation, filing paperwork and reporting as required. Assisting Company Accountant with invoicing, and debt collection using MYOB. Ensuring policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management are followed. Generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries and booking in stock liaising with shipping companies tracking and chasing receivables Any other admin needed.
Experience Required: Demonstrated experience as an administration professional. Effective communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise as appropriate. Must be a team-player with friendly, outgoing and a 'can-do' attitude. Proven experience use applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and MYOB. A driver’s licence is required due to the location of office and mail and banking duties as required.
