Experienced Sushi Chefs Needed, Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. We are a new sushi restaurant that has opened in the CBD (Loop Street) - Shibui Sushi. We are in need of experienced sushi chefs to start immediately.

You will need to be familiar with: the preparation work - cutting of fish; making the sauces and rice etc, the making of the sushi - classic sushi rolls as well as new style, platting of the sushi - all sushi is packed in takeaway boxes but still needs to look great. The kitchen is a for a takeaway restaurant so all orders will be made for delivery. If you are interested and have some experience in this field we love to see your CV. Interviews will be held this week where all questions will be addressed.
