Duties include: Attending to phone calls and emails. Provide a high level of customer service to clients. Accurate maintenance of client & safety records. Must have great initiative for process improvement. Manage IT requirements in conjunction with head office. Travel and event management. Office management: groceries, stationary, cleanliness, mail. Assist Operation Manager as required. Must have prior administration experience. Be presentable and well mannered. Enjoy working with a team. Friendly, must have great communication skills.
Details: Work School Hours, five days per week. Rate of pay: $24 per hour. Immediate start Application must include your availability. You will be contacted via phone for further discussion if your application is suitable.
