Service Coordinator, Sydney, North Shore & Northern Beaches, Salary, $60k - $65k p.a. + super.

Your New Company: You will join a specialist Manufacturing company in an office conveniently located in the heart of Chatswood. This is an exclusive opportunity to join a cohesive team. You will be directly reporting to a supportive and flexible Service Manager who is highly regarded amongst the team and within the business.

Your New Role: Your main aim will be to act as the key point of contact for all customer related inquiries and liaise between client and service technicians on any maintenance or job issues that may arise. This is a fast paced role and would be suited to someone with a service-oriented mindset.

Your main responsibilities will include: Customer service, Liaise with clients, Provide support to technicians by responding to queries and breakdown calls. Issue maintenance statements and collect outstanding invoices. Time-sheet maintenance. General administration duties as required

Your profile will demonstrate: Previous experience in a service coordinator role. Ability to manage your duties through wise planning and prioritization. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. A complete sense of maturity. A passion for customer service.
