IT Support Technician, Location, Bellville, Northern Suburbs, Job Type Contract. Work Experience: Must have min 3 years’ experience as a support technician. Education: Matric, A+ and N+, Microsoft certification. Other: Must have own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Must speak English and Afrikaans. Must be presentable (colour photo required with CV). Skills: Troubleshooting and problem solving. Taking ownership. Responsible, resourceful, organized, approachable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities: - Office 365, Active Directory, VMware ESXI, Trouble shooting and resolving IT issues at customer sites, telephonically and via remote log in Desktop and server support, Daily admin/ticketing. Repair/re-install and configure MS OS on desktops, notebooks & Mac platform. Software installation & repairs. Network troubleshooting, router & switch install & configure. Hardware troubleshooting & replacement. Network installation wireless & Ethernet cabling. Device connectivity: IPAD, Blackberry, Android etc.
