Receptionist/Business Coordinator, Ray White Network, Melbourne, Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs. We are looking for a driven Receptionist/Business Coordinator with a passion to succeed. The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, accurately follow instructions and be punctual, proactive, reliable and polite with a friendly and mature attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist or direct queries to the relevant departments. Front office reception and administration. Answering all incoming telephone enquiries. Provide administration support to Property Management & Sales Departments. Proof reading legal documents and contracts. Ordering marketing/listing properties on line/social media. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the reception area and conference rooms. Ensure all stationary, letterhead and other such items are ordered and stocks maintained. Taking the banking (no cash office) and mail, which is done each evening. Is resilient and can multi-task with ease.
We pride ourselves on a strong team culture and are heavily focused on growth. An Agents Representative Certificate and Real Estate experience is preferred although not essential. The ideal candidate must have - Administration experience. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a successful sales & rental team
Exceptional attention to detail: Exceptionally well presented, and has a polite and positive attitude. Must have a reliable car and current drivers licence. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, NO SATURDAYS!
