German Operations Administrator - Contract
Purpose of Role
The successful candidate will provide high quality customer service that consistently achieves predetermined turnaround and quality standards, as well as managing collections and lease contract administration
Duties & Responsibilities
Deal with all customer service queries in a professional and efficient manner
Ownership of and responsibility for the collections activity and ensure correct allocation of incoming payments according to customer remittances
Manage all lease contracts including monitoring expiry dates, negotiate return, extension or purchase at the end of lease term
Essential:
Office administration experience
Word Processing (MS Word, MS Excel and e-mail) experience
Fluency in German
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise
Ability to work on own initiative
Good team player
Customer Focused.
