Marketing Assistant, Not-for-Profit Administration and Service centre, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs
The Company: Join a small dynamic team in Parramatta working part time hours - Monday to Friday. We are a not-for-profit service and support centre for a member based organisation. This is a busy, demanding, energetic job that includes a wide variety of activities. The Role: An opportunity for a Marketing Assistant (part-time) role of 22.5 hours per week has arisen within our office located in Parramatta.
Responsibilities and activities in this role include: Management of Website and Social media platforms. Supporting digital marketing strategies through social media content creation, execution and review. Liaising with partners for the production and placement for promotional resources. Working closely with and support the Community Engagement Manager in membership growth. Preparation of marketing reports as required. Identification of new promotional opportunities.
The key attributes to be successful in this role are: Demonstrated Marketing experience is essential. Proactive and service orientated. Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint and intermediate Excel). Efficient and effective time management. Able to achieve results to strict deadlines. Exceptional organisation and coordination skills. Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
