University Post – Graduate In Environmental Studies/ Engineering At Least 3-5 Years Experience In The Field Of Environmental Studies Typical Responsibilities: Plan and execute the environmental monitoring, assessment and allied studies for industrial and infrastructural projects. Asses existing or potential environmental impact of land use projects on air, water and land. Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports. Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits and standard operating procedure. Inspect industrial and municipal facilities and programs in order to evaluate operational effectiveness an ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Conducting environmental baseline and monitoring studies as required. Assessment of environmental project’s need in term of technical and administrative resources. Co-ordination with monitoring terms and providing technical training to the environmental technicians as and when required. Preparation of technical proposal for environmental studies inquiries. Liaising with clients and statutory authorities as required for effective completion of assigned tasks. Track of statutory requirements, optimization of environmental resources. Technical assessment of environmental monitoring equipment/environmental resources (software’s) as per the project requirements. Develop proposed project objectives and targets, and report to management on progress in attaining them. Maintain, write and revise quality-assurance documentation and procedures.
