Customer Service Officer / Local Delivery Driver, APTC Australia PTY LTD, Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs.

The Role and Duties: Full time position based at our North Melbourne Branch, No Weekends! Customer Service (this includes maintaining a friendly, tidy and professional appearance). Assisting in branch stock management activities. Picking orders, loading delivery vehicles, delivering goods in a safe and timely manner within the Melbourne Metro area. Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles. Taking & processing Customer Orders. Working closely with Product Account managers and Branch Manager. Being a supportive team member

Requirements: Experience with Customer Service, Good Knowledge of the Melbourne CBD & surrounding areas, General computer skills (training provided for our accounting system), Strong attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure and within in a team, Ability to drive manual vehicles, Forklift licence preferred although not necessary, Physical lifting involved on a daily basis, Construction industry knowledge a bonus.
