Assistant Manager Audit Assurance And Compliance Services in Dubai
Job Description:
(a) Finalization/closure of books of accounts as per the UAE and free Zone Laws;
(b) Process reviews, accounting system reviews, preparation of accounting and operating manuals.
(c) Preparation of MIS reports;
(d) Compliances according to rules and guidelines of UAE and free zones
(e) Payroll
(f) Internal Audit
(g) Annual Audit in compliance with the regulations such as free zones etc.
(h) Advisory pertaining to entity setup, company formation review / drafting of documents in legal and commercial matters.
Professional Qualification :Qualified/ Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant
-Good all round exposure to internal audit assignments.
-Excellent command over accounting and ability to interpret the accounting numbers.
-He should have good command over English language and ability to articulate clearly.
-As part of internal audit, he should have a good understanding of internal audit in a real world and worked on projects with rigorous focus on process and risk management review and less emphasis on routine compliance to laws and regulations.
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years
