Experienced Sales & Reservations Assistant, Wright Expeditions Pty Ltd, Darwin. Matt Wright, Explore the Wild is a locally owned and operated tour company based in Darwin.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly individual to come to join our reservations and sales team. We are seeking a highly organized individual with demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the tours, the brand and the Company. 

This is a CASUAL position that includes booking reservations, sales and administrative duties and you must be able to work weekends.  This CASUAL role REQUIRES 25 - 30 HOURS per week with ALTERNATE WEEKEND SHIFTS.

Desirable qualifications/attributes: Proficient typing, clear written & oral communication skills. Previous sales experience with proven sales record. Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel. Xero & REZDY reservation systems experience. Drop Box knowledge for filing/storing files. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Team Player & ability to work unsupervised. Excellent Customer Service skills. Regular ongoing availability to cover weekend shifts. Current drivers licence Must Be Available To Start Within the Next 2 - 3 Weeks.
