Description: This is an Excellent learning opportunity for you to gain an insight and valuable experience within the recruitment industry.
The Recruitment consultant will be responsible for key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening profiles, shortlisting, conducting telephonic & face-to-face interviews, sending profiles to clients, briefing and candidates, as well as supporting other consultants.
Candidates must:
- Have 6-12 months of experience in HR.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must carry your own laptop.
- Show enthusiasm and commitment to both the company and its clients.
- Have a flexible approach.
- Possess Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
