Required skills: Resolve escalated customer service issues cost effectively (deadline driven). creating quotes, invoices arranging credit notes and refunds. Attending to catalogue requests and arranging sample returns. improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth. Ensure the consistent achievement of customer service levels and standards. Ensure customer service goals are met.
