Visual Merchandiser Manager. Requirements: 8-10 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations in a corporate retail chain or speciality store environment. Bachelor Degree in Visual merchandising or related field. Must be present in UAE Any nationality Preferably from furniture and home decor background, retail industry. Responsibilities: Merchandising Strategy: Develop creative and on-brand visual direction for all floorsets and windows. Ensure all product is presented in unique and compelling ways that support the theme and inspire our customers to purchase. Partner with Store operations and Merchandising team in creating actionable and creative solutions.

Manage development of new stores, including store layout, space planning, store set up and prep for openings. Brand Synergy: Responsible for ensuring one singular brand image is conveyed through product features, window presentations and sets the highest singular brand point of view. Develop and lead the visual communication process, provide clear and consistent communication regarding floor-sets, visual standards and guidelines. Actively participate in store visual moves providing “hands on” visual training and in-store solutions to display challenges and floor-sets. Develop detailed floor-plans, including creative elements, styling and propping that convey the lifestyle, quality, features/benefits, value and/or functionality of our product offering. Analyze and evaluate store sales results for all in-store initiatives, including new visual sets, key item placement, feature window sets and fixture productivity.

Manage Visual Merchandising Team. Develop team members through mentoring, coaching and direct feedback. Ensure all team members are performing as expected in position.
