Medical Technologist – Urgent, Location: Harrismith, Free State, Job Type: Full-Time. Our client is a fast growing Laboratory based in Free State (Harrismith). A vacancy has become available for a Medical. Technologist to start immediately.

Duties: Manage staff and laboratory stock including ordering stock timorously. Work day and night shifts. Work under a high pressure environment. Ensure efficient and accurate pathology results are produced. Ensure implementation and adoption of good laboratory practices. Must have a good attitude and build team cohesion. Must possess skills as a leader and ability to manage large team. Must be able to liaise with doctors regarding queries on pathology results. Work closely with executive management at head office with regards to Laboratory management

Requirements: HPCSA Registration. 3 Years post qualified experience. Experience working with large number of blood specimens daily. Previous record and experience working for one of the big Laboratories working with large volume of blood specimens. Salary: Highly negotiable based on experience and candidate abilities. Start date: IMMEDIATELY
