Job opportunity for Performance Management Specialist – Abu Dhabi (UAE), Industry: Other, Career: Mid Career, Job Type: Full Time, Gender: Any. Our client, a government –owned company based in Abu Dhabi seeks Performance Management Specialist.

Job Purpose: The Performance Management Specialist will contribute in establishing a working environment that is based on excellence and quality management standards through the development, implementation and evaluation of practices and processes.

Minimum Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably from a financial service provider or an entity with core business related to the economy. Bachelor’s Degree in either of the following majors – Business Administration/ Management or equivalent /Quality Management /Strategic planning /Project Management. EFQM assessor certification is mandatory. Full business proficiency in both Arabic and English. Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong understanding of the regulatory body standards.
