Hotel Manager, Location, Noordhoek, Southern Peninsula, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and experienced manager to run an upmarket Boutique Hotel in Noordhoek.
Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably 4 Star. Excellent customer/client services experience. A stable track record. Able to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays). Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. High levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
Duties include the following, but not limited to: Manage and coordinate guest relations to provide the highest standard of service. Reporting into the Operational Manager. Take complete ownership of the hotel. Check in and out of guest book restaurants, tours, transfers, taxis et. Check that rooms are 100 %. Breakfasts run smoothly. To report and where possible take action for any guest or client complaint or compliments. Assist with group arrivals. Assist with site inspections when required Effective communication with all relevant departments or guests with regards to special requests either via email, telephonically or face to face
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Exceptional attention to detail Clear communication skill – must speak English fluently. Ability to use, MS Word and Excel skills. Able to work shifts, (including weekends and public holidays)
