Baker, Company: Sure Immigration Ltd. LOCATION: Victoria, BC, We are in need of a full-time Baker with two years of related experience. Requirements: Good knowledge of different baking equipment. Availability to work during business hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Good time-management skills. Flexibility to take on different shift. Ability to design and improve recipes. Monitor baking supplies and place orders, as needed. Maintain clean workstations and equipment. Willingness to work around team members and customers. Physically able to lift heavy loads and stand for a long period of time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to remain calm and focused when faced with business problems. Focused on food quality and customer satisfaction. Capable of communicating effectively in English. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Good knowledge of state health and safety precautions, and regulations and sanitation procedures.
