Location, City Centre, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, Architectural Technologist. We are a Turnkey and Interior Design firm that concentrates on commercial, retail and industrial properties. We are looking to hire a SACAP registered Architectural Technologist. A work experience of 3-5 years in the industry is required.

Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Be a team player and able to work independently and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills professionally presented and well spoken as you will be dealing directly with clients, consultants and contractors. Good time management is essential. Meticulously organized and detail driven.

Skill set must include: AutoCad, Revit, Knowledge in Revit Rendering, SketchUp, MS Office, With an acute attention to detail, coupled with your analytical dexterity, you will collect all necessary information in order to produce accurately drawn and fully comprehensive packs for costing, construction and council submission. More specifically you will take responsibility for accurate data collection, assisting with projects, conveying site deviations determined at survey of projects, and ensuring that deviations are noted and communicated.
