Senior Tech Lead A digital creative consultancy, which creates digital products services, platforms and experiences that connect consumers and brands in new ways. We are looking for a strong and experienced Technical Lead to both lead our development team and play an integral role in our business operations

Your requirements: Six+ years of professional development experience as either a back or front-end developer. Proven track record of leading technical teams to success. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Strong planning skills with the knowledge and focus to bring projects in on time and on budget. Ability to facilitate designer-developer workflow.

 Your responsibilities to management: Ensuring work is correctly distributed. Ensuring individual ownership and responsibility within the team. Leading reviews, appraisals and disciplinaries. Contributing to project scopes, plans and timelines.

 Requirements If you are a front end developer Needed:  Semantic, best practise and latest standards HTML. Custom responsive CSS (not Bootstrap), CSS3 animations, SASS/PostCSS. Gulp & Webpack. jQuery. Vue/React/Angular.

 If you are a back end developer Needed: Excellent PHP skills (v7+). MySQL. MVC System Architecture. Up to date security best practises. Linux server environments & Apache. Strong API development skills. E-commerce development experience (Shopify, Woo commerce etc.). Salary: R480k - 720k pe yea
