 About the role: The Manager Executive and Business Operations, leads, manages and develops the Executive and Business Services business unit to ensure effective delivery of executive services, business operations and key projects. The role provides high level strategic and operational oversight including: budget planning and reporting, executive management, human resource service management, communications, organisational change, policy development, governance of risk, business continuity and audit.

Key accountabilities: Lead, plan and manage the executive and business operations service delivery function and ensure all delivery programs are aligned to organisational and business objectives. Develop and lead business planning activities including the development, implementation and reporting of the Strategic Delivery Plan and business services strategies, plans, policies, systems, procedures and standards to continually improve services. Manage WHS, audit and risk to ensure consistency, compliance with legislation and best practice models are in place. Ensure best practice in Financial Management and oversee and liaise with Corporate Finance, the budget planning, forecasting and reporting on the operations of the business, ensuring management team has up-to-date, reliable and complete budget and financial information.

Oversee the services provided from Corporate HR for Recruitment and HR related issues, processes and systems, including performance management and employee feedback systems. Coordinate the organisation’s learning and development and provide the leadership team with effective reporting.

Manage and oversee the development, delivery and reporting of programs and projects to ensure desired project outcomes and ensure all project specifications are delivered within business scope and adhere to organisational project methodologies
