SaaS BDM - Mid Market, Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs. My client is the market leading HR technology SaaS vendor in the ANZ market within their category and they have experienced double digit growth for the past 3 years. Due to continued year on year growth, they are looking for a mid market business development manager to join their Melbourne team.

Key responsibilities: Reporting to the ANZ Sales Director. Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within your designated territory of mid-market accounts. Follow up on inbound leads to close new business. Achieve revenue targets in line with portfolio growth plans. Creation of sales/territory development plans. Regular new business client meetings and demos - face to face and Webex

Key experience required: Minimum of 3 years within a Business Development role, specifically selling SaaS and annuity based offerings. HR Tech / HCM / HRIS SaaS or software sales experience preferred. Excellent networking and relationship building skills. This represents an outstanding opportunity to join a growing business with genuine career prospects. This role would suit someone who has previously been involved with new business, selling SaaS.
