Requirements: Proven track record working with labor. Have to have experience with working with the dept of labor / other government agencies. Have to have experience with the OHS act(not a deal breaker). Be willing to be flexible around job description (filing and general admin duties). Matric with the exemption and a relevant tertiary degree would be advantageous. Charing disciplinary hearings, keeping personnel files up to date.
