Dispatch Coordinator, Truckmate Australia Pty Ltd, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong work ethic with the drive to achieve results. Position description: Ensuring our products get to our customers on time, every time, this role is integral to the overall success of our business.

We are therefore seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to take on our 'customer first' approach to ensure we exceed our customers expectation in relation to accuracy and timeliness of goods dispatch. Our business is growing and transforming giving the successful candidate the opportunity to expand their skill set and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): planning daily dispatch supporting the dispatch team  booking freight planning and coordinating local deliveries for the company truck driver/s communicating with the administration team to ensure customers needs are met working with areas of production to ensure goods to be dispatched are available on time.

 Essential criteria: 3+ years experience in a similar role strong work ethic ability to build rapport, easily demonstrating a positive and innovative approach to every aspect of work excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work at all levels of the business, with a range of ages and cultures effective written communication skills experience with computerized business management systems profession presentation and demeanor accurate data entry and attention to detail good organization skills

 Successful applicant will also have: forklift license ability to understand and follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures good priority management friendly and energetic attitude to work
