Admin Manager Position ---3 Months Maternity Leave Relieve, Location, Other, East Rand, Advertised By Private, Job Type Temporary. The Admin Manager is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that our products and services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Admin Managerensures smooth running of the Office and is responsible for generation of reports and figures that are relevant to assisting management in tracking business performance.
a. Assist and attend to Managing Director’s Calendar bookings and appointments. Invoicing and ensuring bookings for delivery of our products to our customers in a timely manner. Direct the company’s leads, customers, clients and the general public to the appropriate staff members through phone/CRM. Responsible for stock take and replenishing of stock from our suppliers.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to all offices. Handle all inquiries only for Lighthouse healthcare and Velobiotics products as need arise. The position is for relieving someone on maternity leave for 3 months beginning January 7th 2019 till March 31st 2019.
Interviews to be done before the 14th of December 2018. Our offices are located in Klopperpark, Germiston 15 minutes drivwe from Kempton Park close to O. R Tambo International Airport.
