At Tim Milnes Clinical Psychology Group we are compassionate mental health care and psychological providers for the Midwest community. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong reception and administration abilities to support our team. As a face to our office you will be the core liaison person.
To be successful in this role you must Essential: Be personable, professional and uphold confidentiality at all times. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Have active listening skills with the ability to empathise. Be able to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team. Have proven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Desirable: Training in reception or medical reception duties or demonstrated experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of Windows based software systems (eg, Word, Excel). An understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule. Driver’s licence. A requirement of this position is that they will be able to obtain a Working with Children’s Check.
