Restaurant Manager, Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs. Bahari Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time restaurant manager who is self-motivated, outgoing and with a wealth of hospitality and restaurant experience.

You will be required to manage costs, oversee staff management, customer focused, collaborate & build strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders, be able to multitask, manage organisational processes and reporting, ensure stock levels are maintained, liaise with suppliers and control costs by strategic thinking, plan weekly specials and menus on special events.

Essential requirements: Hold a Diploma in Hospitality or a proven track record in the industry, have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading busy restaurant operations, excellent computer skills and the ability to interpret data, strong leadership with a focus on change management, communication and team building Salary Offered: $50K-$55K
