New Connections Consultant, Temp - Perm opportunity, Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs, City Fringe. We are currently seeking New connection consultants for a great temp-perm opportunities within the Operations Team - starting November 22nd. Working for this Energy Retailer with a difference, you will join a genuinely supportive and dynamic, value driven culture.

As a Customer Service Consultant new connections, you will work cooperatively with the sales team and our customers for the achievement of customer acquisition, revenue generation and long term goals in line with company strategy. This role will encompass being an escalation point for all stakeholders to resolve new connection requests.

Description and Key Responsibilities of the role: Raising various jobs relating to an new connection, removals and upgrade. Requires an accuracy and attention to detail to ensure desired outcome is achieved on time. Building and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and customers. Pro activeness, ability to multi task, analyse and identify issues to mitigate. Be available to work on a rotational roster between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.  What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a similar role. Industry knowledge Experience with using multiple systems. Understanding of distributor relationship with the retailer. What we can offer you Interactive and supportive working environment.
