If you answered yes to these, then we think we should meet! The Cock'n'Bull British Pub is looking to recruit a highly motivated and reliable Chef to assist in kitchen operations in Launceston.

Chef will be responsible for supervising and running a small team on shift, producing quality food, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, providing superior customer service, and assisting the Head Chef where required.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following: Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef or in a similar position (preferred). High level skill with extensive and passionate knowledge of food produce. Strong communication and leadership qualities. Industry standard knowledge of health, safety and sanitisation procedures. Love food and considers cooking a passion, not just a job. The successful applicant will be rewarded with appropriate remuneration based on experience.
