Marketing and Social Media Assistant, Brisbane, CBD & Inner Suburbs, Our Client; Our client is a national retail and FMCG success story with their head office in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. They have an urgent need for a marketing administrator to join their busy team. Due to unexpected movements within this team and a few very busy months ahead we need an outgoing, dedicated, hardworking marketing administrator to pick up the reins and provide vital support to the team.
The role; As an administration specialist you will be responsible for general marketing tasks including but not limited to; Providing marketing collateral to support a busy property team at sales events and tradeshows; Preserving the brand identities of multiple businesses within the group; Managing internal and external stakeholders including clear and open communication; Providing exceptional customer service to potential customers calling in to enquire about the services this business offers, Updating and maintaining internal databases; Raising Purchase Orders; Providing Ad hoc duties as required; Mailbox management Responding to/actioning customer queries and complaints. Actioning park requests. Reputation management. Responding to online reviews – Trip Advisor/ Booking.com/ Agoda/ Google/ Expedia etc. Responding to internal guest surveys. Responding to /auctioning Facebook messages. Responding to Facebook reviews and recommendations. Responding to comments/questions/posts on Facebook Park ordering management.
About you: You are clever. you are a team player. you have initiative, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty! Coupled with 2-5 years’ experience in a busy administration/sales or marketing support environment you will, be an exceptional communicator and be able to manage a busy and unpredictable schedule. Working in a busy marketing team with a focus on responding to guest reviews and being the voice of the organization.
