Receptionist & Administration Assistant, Sydney, Ryde & Macquarie Park, Reception & Administration Assistant. Huntermotive is currently seeking a customer service representative to be the face of our multi-franchise car dealership in Ryde.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service focused role, strong phone skills and excellent personal presentation with a “can-do” attitude.

Within this role you will be required to: Attend to all incoming phone enquiries and distribute them to the correct person/department. Manage a wide range of administration tasks. Various other administration tasks as required by management staff. Assisting with vehicle registrations. Preparing resources for sales consultants.

Required skills: The successful applicant will be self-motivated with excellent organisation & time management skills. Strong phone skills & the ability to problem solve. Exceptional personal presentation. A positive and welcoming demeanour at all times. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
