Receptionist – Location, Century City, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Contract. Drs Mabasa & D'Andrea trading as MD Inc. is a Cape Town based company of Specialist Emergency Physicians who share a passion for Quality Emergency Care. A Receptionist vacancy exists within its Head Office; Century City. The post will report to the Administration Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities Include: Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk. Answering all calls or redirecting calls to the relevant personnel. Provide support with general administration (filing, photocopying, etc). Assist with preparation of meeting(s) (Calendar invitations, venue, documentation, logistics). Minute-taking. To order office supplies and ensure monitoring thereof. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (address queries and complaints). To arrange Travel and Accommodation.
Requirements: Grade 12 (non-negotiable). Reception/Front office experience (added advantage). Key competencies. Highly organized. Excellent telephone etiquette. Good Computer Skills. Ability to type 45 WPM. Ability to maintain a professional image and conduct. Deadline driven. Ability to handle pressure. Ability to work in an open plan environment. Additional. Basic Salary R 6,000 p/m. 3 month Fixed-Term Contract. NB! Notice period MUST be indicated on your CV.
