Independent Sales Rep, Location, Alberton, East Rand, Job Type Full-Time, Independent Sales Reps. We are Distributors of Industrial Adhesives and Hygienic Cleaning Chemicals .We require  hands on  Independent sales rep to promote and maintain the sales of these products. We are a Trademarked Company with a well-established brand.

The main responsibilities are: Volume Growth, Achieve set targets set, Source new customers, We are looking for Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and driven Independent sales reps in Gauteng ,Polokwane, North west ,Northern cape ,Free state ,Mpumalanga and Eastern cape . Must have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Solid track record of sales success (constantly achieving & exceeding sales targets). Must be able to work in a pressurized and controlled environment - independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in customer relationship management. Excellent time management skills and pays attention to detail. Strong organizational and self-development ability. Relevant product and industry knowledge in the Chemical Industry.

Responsibility: Must achieve set targets. New Business Development and Customer Relationship Management. Provide market intelligence & finding new business opportunities. Client profiling. Geographical sales mapping. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales Submission. etc.

Minimum Requirements: Matric, coupled with a Certificate/Diploma. Language proficiency in English. Technical aptitude highly recommended. Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the adhesives and Chemical industry. Proven sales track record, trade references & recommendations. Must be willing to travel. Driver’s license and own transport.

Skills Required:  Well-spoken with excellent communication skills. Organisational and planning skills. Ability to multi-task under pressure. Reporting skills. Excellent negotiation & presentation skills. Excellent customer relationship management. Must be able to work unsupervised & independently. Remuneration: Commission Only
