Administration Officer, South West Coast VIC, HF RICHARDSON, Part Time - 21 hours per week (3 days). HF Richardson & Co, established since 1886 are Auctioneers, Real Estate and Livestock Agents. They service the Geelong, Ballarat & Colac regions.

Based in our Geelong office, the Administration Officer will be responsible for: Data processing, account payable, attending to telephone enquiries. Providing administration support to Livestock Sales staff. Performing word processing and general administration duties including; banking, processing invoices, receipting, data entry and payroll preparation.

The successful applicant must be able to increase hours as needed to cover leave and will require excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail and be capable of working independently and within a small team environment. Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Publisher, is essential. An attractive salary is being offered to the right applicant.
