Experienced Corporate Receptionist, Melbourne, Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs. An exciting opportunity exists to join our Front Office team. The position will report to the Operations Coordinator and is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of real estate.

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum 12 months experience as a corporate receptionist, hold current agents representative certificate and of course be a team player and possess a 'can do' attitude and you should have demonstrated experience in the following: Administration. Multi-tasking/time management. Computers (intermediate). Customer service. Using initiative, good judgment and common sense.

Overall Objective of the Positions: To greet all Ray White Carnegie: clients, visitors and staff, and ensure that they're directed to the best person to assist and meet their needs in a timely fashion.

Main Duties of the Positions: Answer Telephones in a timely, professional and welcoming manner. Mail in/out and couriers. Distribution of newspapers. Reception, boardroom and meeting room presentation. Client services kitchen (supplies, presentation, tea/coffee/water for clients). Boardroom and meeting room bookings. Organisation of keys for settlement. Assist Operations Team. Statistical data input. Assistance with Database input. Assisting in booking advertising. Assistance with current sales brochures distribution and collation. Stationary maintenance. General filing and assistance with archiving. Other duties and projects as directed. Regularly update Office, Facebook, Instagram & Website And much more.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 9 -5.30pm Saturday's 9-1pm x 2-3 per month. To apply for this position, please email your application letter and resume attention to the HR & Operations Manager.
