Administration & Office Support, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter. Ditchfield is currently seeking an office support professional to join our efficient and friendly Finance and Admin team at our Tuncurry office.
As this is an all-encompassing role, previous experience and knowledge in all areas of office administration and support is essential. You will have highly developed administrative skills, data entry and problem solving skills. You will have an excellent phone manner, have advanced Microsoft Office computer skills and preferably payroll and accounts payable experience.
The ideal person for this position will have: Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated Admin experience in a similar role. Outstanding attention to detail. The ability to prioritise their workload. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of management and staff on a daily basis. The ability to treat privileged information and other sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. A friendly disposition, with a positive attitude and fun nature will be welcomed. Experience with payroll procedures highly regarded. Be located within the Forster/Tuncurry/Taree areas.
