Part Time MEP Estimator/Quantity Surveyor required Urgently, Salary: After Interview, City: Dubai, Industry: Construction, Career: Mid Career, Job Type: Part Time, Gender: Any.

Duties & Responsibilities: Analyzes specifications including sketches, blueprints, bills of material or sample layouts, and calculates costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data. Computes cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor. Development of master budgets and cost models. Provides conceptual estimates of projects or project components. Develops and maintains cost databases. Reviews and comments on estimates provided by others. Provides independent estimates of change orders. Develop pre-construction cost estimates.

Key Skills: Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors. Good knowledge of construction methods and materials. Financial and commercial awareness.

Education & Experience: Bachelor / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5-7 years of MEP work experience in Construction Company. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
