This Assistant Restaurant Manager role at Rustico at Hay Shed Hill in Margaret River is a fantastic opportunity to work in the restaurant management team to help build, grow, lead & support our team of professionals.

Working alongside experienced staff you will adapt quickly and easily replicate our successful service model, at our modern venue. You are a natural sales person, who is performance driven, leads by example and seeks any opportunity to impress customers, peers and management. Your passion for the region, tourism, wine & produce will set you apart from the rest.

Your ideas will be welcomed and evolved to become key elements of our calendar of events and continually improved product offering. Experience in recruiting, training & developing staff, weddings, cellar door, cocktails - is favourable but not essential.
