Unique Health Products is a fast moving, vibrant health product wholesale company based on the Sunshine Coast. We distribute natural, organic, eco-friendly, fair trade products to health food stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, online health sites and specialty shops across Australia and we are looking for casual Customer Service Officer's to join our exceptional Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Officer your main responsibilities include: processing customer orders - Administration; informing our customers (retailers) of new and additional products (requiring an understanding of health products) as well as monthly specials; problem solving issues with customer orders or faulty products; managing and maintaining customer profiles and accounts using our company computer and phone system. Cross Training in the Credits and Prepaid New Accounts Departments
The successful applicant will have proven ability in exceptional customer service; intermediate Excel skills, strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, customer service based decision making ability, conflict resolution skills, written and verbal communication skills and high level phone and email activity experience is essential. The majority of our Customer Service happens on the phone. The person we seek must be positive, flexible in their approach to their daily work schedule and have an acute attention to detail. They must be highly organised with an ability to work in a fast paced, upbeat work environment.
We are looking for a new team member who has flexibility in work hours Monday- Friday (must be available fridays) and can work the 2 standard shifts of 6.30am-2.30pm and 9.30am-5.30pm.
