Office Assistant (FEMALE ONLY) – Real Estate, Location: Dubai
Responsibilities: Answer phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring prompt and positive customer experience. Create and manage advertisements of company properties on various online portals. Drafts contracts including Lease agreements, MOU’s, LOI. Creating flyers and E-posters for upcoming events. Email marketing to the registered clients in the company’s database. Trakheesi approval. Monitor and order the office supplies (water, coffee, biscuits and etc.), communication with vendors. Create, edit, and update spreadsheets. Support the Manager in organizing his agenda. Welcoming visitors, clients, vendors upon arrival and offer them drinks. Accuracy, record keeping, document filing and practicing due diligence are the key parameters for this role.
