This is an extremely varied role and will require you to be highly organized and able to work effectively unsupervised.  This role will require you to work approximately 12 hours per week - with flexibility on days / times

You will be responsible for managing all the accounts for our business including; Processing Payroll (monitoring staff entitlements and paying commissions). Preparing Invoices. Processing Accounts Payable / Receivable. Preparing Superannuation payments. Managing Expenses. Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations. Cash Flow reporting. Profit and Loss reporting. Other duties as required.

To be successful for this position it is imperative that you possess proven experience in a similar role with knowledge and skills in MYOB.  You will also possess strong communication, commitment and ability to work well in a small team.
