About the Opportunity: A & B Communications is seeking an organised, responsible & reliable individual to fill this varied & challenging full time role within our small friendly team.
Duties will include: Answering & directing incoming calls. Providing outstanding customer service. Accounts Receivable/Payable functions. Database maintenance. Incoming/outgoing commission reconciliations. Sales, taking orders & processing orders for fixed, mobile & data products. Sales support, Invoicing, Banking, Data entry, Filing, Mail. Excellent written & verbal communications skills, 50+ wpm typing, accurate data entry and competence in Word, Excel & Outlook are essential.
At least 2 years office experience performing administrative duties is also essential.
Experience in selling and/or provisioning orders for Telstra business voice/mobile/data products would be an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
